He seems to want to settle down in Kusari as a place "out of reach" for those possibly still aiming for him, set up shop and sell self-developed cybernetics and augments to the civil market.

At first glance he appears sincere and this might be a brilliant business opportunity to myself and the family business, as we cooperate strongly with Kishiro Technologies in the healthcare sector - but something feels off. I am wary and unfortunately my sister is currently very busy and out of reach for an extended period of time.
