There has been a change of plans on our end. The Rift Drive we retrieved from Cochrane is not satisfactory enough, and there is a significant risk of losing the ship and my crew if we attempt to use it once. My original plan was to use it twice in a row.

For this journey, my crewmen could choose to travel through the Copernicus Corridor, where they should be able to rendezvous with your ships to be safely escorted to Ontario. Galileo will also give us an option to postpone our plans should your electronic eyes and ears detect authorities in our way, as the Rogues can provide a temporary shelter for the vessel.

Instead of a jump drive, we have fitted it with a cloaking device that should make everything easier for us.

I have received the news that La Maledetta is safe and sound at Cochrane, despite the leaking or ruptured fuel line.

I am not aware whether my engineers have informed you or not, but you have yet to receive the necessary set of spare parts to keep her operational for the next six to twelve months, depending on how far you are willing to push her.
