That is exactly the problem, that if indies were allowed, they would also begin to ask for manual repping so that they could get the tag and equipment.

How is this different than anything else currently here?
I mean, the SCRA equipment belongs to the..SCRA. You guys can decide who gets what if you ever do find compatriots elsewhere that might deserve such aide.
I think this ID would be a great help. Methinks it should be a quasi-legal ID. It can attack unlawfuls too. Don't yell 'PVP WHOARS EVERYWHERE!', a lot of IDs can attack nearly everyone anyway.
Just because someone is a revolutionist, doesn't mean they only hate the government etc. Could easily be against the unlawfuls.

Forget the Coalition. If they want to be their own exclusive little club, then let them. They can do their own thing.
There's no reason not to let other players have a separate Revolutionary ID.

There's no reason not to let other players have a separate Revolutionary ID.
Indi-revolutionists are not uncommon, even in real life.
I love this idea and have ideas for a character already.

No offense boyo, but there are other revolutionary movements than your own. Should everyone suffer simply because you're worried people are going to try and abuse the system to gain access to the Coailition?
Let them struggle, wine, and complain. It still opens doors for the responsible ones.

The pirate factions in all their respective houses are in one way or another a "Revolutionary group" towards one or more ideas.
Examples:
Lane Hackers - Liberty
Red Hessians - Rheinland
Gaians - Bretonia
Blood Dragons - Kusari
These four "pirate" factions have what you could call a revolutionary goal, to aim at something that needs to be changed with their respective governments. It is just the PLAYERS who have dumbed down every single one of these unlawful factions to "PIRATZ, RED ON SCANNERS".
Now if you want to make some sort of Revolutionary ID towards other unlawful factions, well, first of all there are plenty of LAWFUL factions who just do that. And also, there is this thing called Vigilante ID which can be used in the Borderworlds.
Simply put, this ID is not needed. And before you start with the Coalition whining, I'm not part of that faction.
