Curious, If FGS so "Lawful" did this SunBurst explain his alliance with HF to damage the LNS-RedBear? The IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) was clearly sending Lawful tags, yet the LNS-RedBear was engaged. Sadly, the LNS-RedBear did not identify his intent until to late and was forced into port due to damage (Tag was white for neutral).

I hesitate to speak for Diplomatic Corp. In truth, past indiscretions of Sunburst not discussed.
However, I can assure you that our displeasure with ANY FGS acts towards lawful factions was made perfectly clear during the discussion.
I can only trust that FGS's actions will more closely follow their charter as lawful Mercenaries from this point forward.

The LNS Alabama has recordings from its black box of a Liberty Crusier used by the FGS to ram the ship during the cease-fire period. The pilot simply replied: You are enemy. Since I cannot shot you, I have to ram you.
Once the pilot was informed of the fact that ramming was an act of PvP, he ran away.
The FGS, although it seems to be a law abiding organization took a significant role during the early phase of the HF SA war, by aiding the HF.
In fact, the SA no longer considers them Freelancers at all, but pirates.

Well well, appears diplomacy is in fact not a strong point currently. Perhaps taking a little notice of your
advisory staff would a start, and maybe changing the footware also. That pair must be worn out.
The Phantom Empire are greatly looking forwards to the ensuing firework display being primed here. I feel
we shall be able to come in easily and take over Sirius with firing a shot soon. Enlightenment will be a good
alternative to all out war for the long suffering inhabitants.

I have apologized to the KNF leaders for acting so harshly...and for one thing lets get this strait.I did not ram someone in NY and if i did i was playing around(like most normal people do)....and about attacking a Bs| trader i did do that but only took his sheild down halfway bcause we were playing and he was fine with that..anyways.....i just wanted to clear that up becuase i really dont like kit when people falsly accuse me.

Then you are in the wrong community Super, this is a solely RP community not a somewhat RP community...and if you are gonna go shooting people shoot your RP enemies...HF does it plenty...if I feel the urge to exact vengenace on something I find the nearest SA j/k. But seriously there are better ways to play around.. take Zukeenee for isntance he uses Braketlatabassasta to be silly and shoot random things...or make a xenos character Super.

Thanks for the input, gentlemen, including supernova. As the title of this thread involves only two Factons, let's get back to its original purpose.
This is OOC by the way. Super. If this is the example you set for your troops, no wonder some of your members have approached us directly to apologize. The are ashamed of you.
I suggest if you're not up to the task of maintaining your Faction's stated RP on this server, that you fold up your tent and call it a day.

Essentially, we are offering you asylum should you choose to "defect" before Super tarnishes your reputations any further.
