Not so much "Don't rock the boat" as "Make sure what you do is logical and fits into the atmosphere rather than just shoots off into its own quantum dimension"

Case in point: Junkers that are Bretonian and do things like low-key smuggling and scrap work and work around Trafalgar? The Congress likes them. Junkers that go around shooting the Liberty Navy while flying Barghests with Colada Del Cids, and telling Congress that Junkers are the bad guys and that they are actually the ones doing it right? Not so much.

[Trafalgar] are Junker purists - we fight our corner, but still care about the Junker movement and doff a cap to existing Junker precidents. Neither group would focus the spotlight on Junker operations as this is counter-productive & very un-Junkerish. Others sadly see our ID as a loophole to be exploited, which is sad for true Junkers. As implied by others, learn how your area of interest is being played on the server & forums, to make certain you compliment what has gone before you. The ones Rudo writes about did not.

It's a select group (still rounding up the people) of indie LN ships (could use a cap or two) that deal with domestic issues as well as performing special ops outside of the Liberty core systems.
