Well we (freelancers) are not really civilians, and from the storyline they are not holding anything top secret. It IS a base so it should be dockable AND maybie we (are freelancers also here :P ) would like to do some jobs so it should be dockable :rolleyes: :P

The arch is undockable because it is a hi security military instalation.

Now it's been taken over as Tekage's base. He's got that shield for a reason, you know. The Dragon's base should be dockable, but the monument should stay as it is.
Although, it is possible that with Tekage's death it reopened as a tourist attraction... Perhaps putting a jumpgate close by and some navy forces and holiday ships (Spa and Cruise, any one?) going between the arch and jumpgate. This would, of course, mean that the Arch is no longer a military base, and as such would not have any high powered weapons or other equipment sold on it. Although a Luxury Liner would not be a bad thing to sell there. Maybe even an Armored Transport, if you felt like it.

I agree with that. We put some lux liners, trade lane and a jump gate. and we have the new touristical wonder... :yahoo:
Even we can put a hotel in one of the asteroids near the arch...
