But what about ace traitors ,specialists in sneaking and escaping and then once they are in house space they are safe. The Coalition fleet can't pass undetected to kill few small fighters.
EDIT: Yes,Mao those ships are SOLD on IMG and Outcast bases ,but they are still civilian ships.
and @arvg I'll read about the Coalition more and remake the introduction and add an "History" part. I used the wiki timeline to write the story and there was nothing about Coalition

Let's focus on the main issue?
The history would completely rewrite canon SCRA/Coalition history. It's flawed and doesn't even follow Vanilla correctly.
I will be more than happy to read a proposal written after more thorough research.
I would start with the SCRA faction section in FACTIONS
There is even a nice handy quick link in there.
Then maybe the Faction feedback... and the message dump.
Both of those are good places to get some idea of our history.

I think ANYONE could write something like that and post as new faction in matter of minutes..
You need to read.. and spend some time on it and not just oh idea .. write few things and post. It doesn't work that way.
And few "aces" against army to escape unharmed without trace is a bit sci-fi for FL world:D

It is 'Border World', and not Outcast. And that so called IMG thing, is classed as civilian ship.

and, why would House lawfuls trust ex-Coalition pilots. Just becouse they showed themself as traitors?

Umm...so why do you think it is so imposible? Let's say they SCRA pursued us somewhere and killed most of us. The remained ones stick together and formed the Scorpion Mercenaries. Is that not "sci-fi" for a sci-fi game?

Oh I don't know... Dragons... Red Hessians... Wilde... and let's not forget SP was all about that too.
That isn't the problem. I am honestly interested in seeing what else is out there... I mean if it is about using Slavic names and having a good time, then just do it... you don't need a Coalition background to accomplish this.
In fact there are large Slavic populations in America right now, so it stands to reason that Liberty would have such as well.

Minor point, all those you have set to neutral. Have you actually asked any of them if they wish to be in
that bracket ? You may find ex-Coalition not quite so popular with house military and police factions.
Probably quite a few unlawful ones as well ...

Likely not going to happen. Sol is a restricted subject, being a very important part of the global storyline Igiss decides what happens to it and who comes from it (i.e. Gallia). I'm sorry but there are certain things you don't touch around, Sol is being one of them.
You also seem unaware of SCRA origins as well.
