You misunderstand how the Empire government works its a Constitutional Monarchy, We have 3 Houses. The House of Lords, House of Commons And the Emperor. Kind of a Checks and balance system. We are a Democracy. Kinda like the Old British Government. And yes the Zoners might not be the best choice we might just stay with the Blood Dragons

If you are a democracy, the Blood Dragons won't be best pleased.
They don't like checks and balances. They want the Shogun in charge. A big, tough general-type sort.
If you are a constitutional monarchy, that would mean that you, the Emperor would be like the current Queen Elizabeth II of Britain and the Commonwealth, right? As in, utterly powerless?

To be honest, from where I'm standing, it looks like you want to be the KNF, but they've already filled that spot.
Hmm. Maybe you should apply to join them instead? There'll be plenty opportuinities for glory and they need the pilots.

I think that's a great idea. If you want to still be your own faction, I suggest being a sub-faction of the KNF. You could be in charge of security of the emperor something-- like a royal guard. Maybe using your ties to the emperor you could RP some element of control over the Kusari government.
I'd also like to add that I think all of this constructive criticism is really inspiring. This is the way we need to do it for every new faction. Great work, guys. :)
