Just a note. Anyone who claims a bounty will have their reps altered. I will say this only once. After all, you can't kill Zoners and expect them to let you use Freeports!

We, the Council of Corsair Elders have an official statement concerning bounties on Zoners, claimable by people of Corsair blood.
Corsairs, that feel mistreated by the Zoners, CAN claim these kinds of bounties. HOWEVER, the Laws of the Corsair Empire are still in effect. Breaching these will mean CONSEQUENCES in various forms. From monetary fines, special (and VERY DANGEROUS) tasks, up to exile or public execution. For example, we will not tolerate any interception of goods bound for Crete, or any Corsair base
Additionally, the Council and the Corsair Empire as a whole will not get involved in personal affairs of honour between individual Corsairs and the Zoners.
