well, i saw someone having the surname "Tate" around. but since i only sport that surname on the forum in my stories, its no big deal. anyway, i d think that there are many more Tates around - doesn t mean we re all related to each other:laugh:( on the other hand - - - its bretonia, you never know )
about "carlos" too common to be unique. when i started on disco - i made a char named "Jericho" - was told that some LSF had that name for his BB - and so i just made another one - but Jericho is most probably much rarer than Carlos.
i d say - stick to your roleplay and i am sure you ll not be mistaken for the other carlos =)

When it's a name that has been used for centuries, I don't think you have much of a right to complain. However, if you come up with your own unique name (such as mine), I think that you are definitely in the right and should have ownership over the name, at least here.

That's not me in case anybody didn't know... Look at my sig. Carlos is really common... So is Jose... It's really just a coincidence. But I guess Mr. Magoo is too. Oh well. I still hate the guy, so I understand how you feel.
