If you were to get the 500 million and then submit an official faction request, your actual faction would need to be explained.
What do you do?
Who are you?
What ships do you use?
Where are you based from?
Ingame, what will you be doing?
Who are you hostile/friendly to?
Those are a few questions you need to answer.
Look at other faction requests first.
