well, i just spent 2 hours with the Nephthys in OpenSP in the skys above Omi-Minor and i have made my choice
Im goign with the Nephthys
With the set up as 4 Normaa Cannons and 2 Reaper Mk V.

Simply because I am me, I have to say that I find that unless you come up with some good RP for WHY you are mounting the nomad guns...
it's not kosher.
Mate, there are plenty of guns you can use out there...don't use the nomad guns...

The Order are the kind of peope, who tinker with things. And experiment on different technologies.
Look at the Battle Razor. Was alien and was adopted by Order.
Normad Cannons are the next best thing to Codenames until I can get ahold of a pair of codies to replace the Normads.

Gato:)your dating yourself. Nomads have been nerfd and use 94 for blaster and 112 for canon.

I used to use Nomad Energy Blasters for the longest time on my Nephthys. But I decided I would phase out Nomad technology and in their place are more Codename weapons. The only thing Nomad I have on my ship, and all my Bs| ships are the Nomad Thruster because all my ships are pre-4.84 for Bs| and there was no such thing as the Enhanced Thruster before now.
And I used to fly a Talon, may consider it again so I can use 6 Codename weapons and destroy NPCs furiously even if it has the power plant of an Eagle or worse.
