the thing is that 470 is very powerfull and very hot graphic card when is runing at 100%, so you must have a case with good air flow, that means at least one fan that takes cool air in (best position is on the side so the air directly "hits" your GPU and CPU) and one fan to take hot air out (best option is to mount that on the back of case) that way you will have best air flow posible, and it will pay off on the long run.
Also, mounting fans isnt difficult, all you need is to put them on designated places, screw them and conect them to power supply. If you dont want to do that, i'm sure that the personel from the shop you buy them from will do it for you.
p.s. if you decide to buy fans, dont forget dust filters, trust me, you will need them! ;)

Hmm, I've got a big fan on the front and back of my case, they shift a nice amount of air.
Reading other articles, this GPU is a git to keep cool quietly... I'll look into dust filters, it can be a dusty room.

well, i looked on the net for some reviews of 470 and it seems your cards is running on "normal" temperatures.

Told you it's normal. I've had one before myself, had almost the same values. It died on me a while ago, so I bought the Extremely Overclocked Evga version of the GTX 460, which beats the 470 and almost the 480, and is much less noisy, and much less hot.

well, your best solution is adding one more fan on the side of the case, and with it you will also add more cooling to the CPU.

That being said, make an air duct in your case to funnel air directly to the card's fan intake. Or if you insist on a "factory" look, get a water cooling system. That will lower temperatures by the radiator's increased surface area. There may even be standalone units much like Corsair's kit for CPUs, which are sealed and so do not require you to futze with refilling, checking lines and all that nonsense. Looks like CoolerMaster used to make one
Air ducts and water cooling will lower the temps. If you wish for something cheaper but still elegant, try for a higher CFM fan. Might help, might...make everything that much louder.
