The reason most people have imp. debilitators is because they are civilian weapons, so they are easy to acquire..

Champion shields are crap, They suppose to give Extra deffence to lase,Pule and photon wepaons and yet
it get torn away by Liberty laser (vengence)
Please take an look in that, i think it should give more Deffence

And I don't agree that they are usable by all human factions..... we asked Igiss to put them on Freeports to be free for all... yet he put them only on company bases... and a single LH base... so I guess he didn't fancy pirates using them.
EDIT: How easy can a Corsair acquire Imp. Debilitator? Land on enemy bases?????????

Corsairs can acquire Debilitators by killing Freelancers and looting them.
That's not the point. They wouldn't use them due to the fact they have their own!
And their own are better then civi ones. Not because of the damage, but because it's theirs.
Same for Outcasts.. They wouldn't use Debilitatotrs since they have Inferno.
I did have some on my Outcast too, but I also changed them once I realized it's wrong.

Right, inferno's are only level 10, and nigh on worthless against fighters. If it shouldn't be had on an Outcast ship, it shouldn't be sold on the base of an ally of the Outcast.
As far as the Kusari guns being sold on a Blood Dragon base, that makes no sense at all to me.

Inferno are only torp slot.. and they are GREAT against fighters... learn how you use them... it requires aiming , though much less than mini razor.
The guns are sold there since Blood Dragons have many connections within Kusari companies so it's perfectly in RP to use them.
As well as Lane Hackers are former Ageira emplyees that build the Imp. Debilitators... so they took the blueprints with them.

I myself use a molecular shield on my RM. Not sure about my other ships. Oh, and the SOLARIS codename is actually a particle gun. Go figure.
