basicly freeports are allowed to dock (allways)

only not sure about gallic ones. due to the fact the GRN is at war with zoners. But the freeport owners not i think. (not sure on that fact) but if you are allowed there it will be a hard and dangerous run to those gallic freeports

Gallic Freeports aren't Zoner bases and aren't included in the ID's permissions. Can't dock with them if you have a larger transport (cargo hold larger than 3600) or any of the Zoner capitals.

House space pertaining to rules is defined here. If it is not listed as house space within the rule set, you can dock your Zoner ID'd whatever in that system.

This applies to all freighter/transport ships? Or only if you have a ship with over 3600 cargo?

With the exception of Aomori and Hood, you cannot dock in house space cruisers and larger and any transport with more than 3600 cargo.

That post about House space pertaining is 2 years old, so I guess some systems where added afterwards.
So is this correct then?
There are some differences like Okinawa, Inverness, Alberta etc...
