(I suppose at some point someone ought to point out that Nomad ships DO have the ability to use their tractor beams to haul in stuff. It's just that it's INCREDIBLY range limited - as in, you need to be nearly stopped and sitting within 100 meters of what you want to tractor in. Great for gathering regens and 'loot' (aka human pilots to infest) after you go kill NPC's, not so great when you're in PvP.)

I'd stick my tongue out at you for complaining, but a simple I TOLD YOU SO will suffice.

I thought it was 250m, but I've been away for a while so I didn't know if that had changed.

What's the point in demanding cargo when you can't even take it?

@Jack Nomads can't even land on any station but dur-shurr and ravine, what are you on about?

Actually, Nomad players should be able to tractor. It's a balance issue.

The Nomad ID that has been FLHooked into the new Nomad ID, had a tractor beam bug or something so it doesn't work properly.

K'Hara can tractor, and everyone should be able to, it's just a bug.

tractor beam is coded on the id's if i am not mistaken. So every id has a tractor range.

It's also something I suggested while we were desperately trying to avoid giving the community an open ID*.

Why? It makes it a tad harder to use the ID, rephacked green to Nomads, to farm Nomad remains. It also happens to make sense in roleplay, which is convenient.
