I guess it depends on the model or line of Logitech products. Generally all my periphery comes from Logitech and while I was able to break everything other hardware before the Logitech products lasted usually for years. But well, maybe I was just lucky but frankly I would recommend their products before anything else so far. RE: Headsets? - Govedo13 - 07-09-2013 Yes it really depends if you buy headphones for 20€ or such for 100+ €, the different products are in different segments with different qualities and different price. About the cheap and medium stuff Logitech are more then fine. I was talking about high-end stuff because such headphones were mentioned. Some mass-peripheral producers like Logitech are trying to enter in the high-end segment using their popularity, but they does not have the qualities of the niche specialized sellers like Sennheiser for example. There they offer in general low-quality solutions compared with their not so well known professional competitors at the same price level. On the other hand Razer just re-brand niche brands and sell them like own products- this tactic works better. RE: Headsets? - Soul Reaper - 07-10-2013 ordered a Logitech G930 a few days ago, let's see how it is. RE: Headsets? - Remnant - 07-10-2013 I grabbed a turtle beach PX5, ive heard a few good things about it, surround sound, dolby 7.1, etc, etc, etc Looking forward to it. RE: Headsets? - Govedo13 - 07-11-2013 Turtle beach PX5- this one is supposed to be good for its money, some reviews even call it the best gaming headset. G930 is not native a 7.1 set as advertised , it uses dolby headphone from it ingraded sound chip digitally emulating 7.1 sound by cheap stereo headphonnes. I hope you can still send it back and buy something proper. |
