As it appears that all factions to a certain extent, but especially the military lack more participants, indies are also welcome to register without approval. Respective official faction still has a veto right.
It's happening tomorrow as it seems.
Furthermore, the BAF may also organize emergency wings to balance fights that happen in the Omega-systems or in Bretonia space.
