Couldn't you make a new faction instead of rehashing one that needs to stay dead? CL had it's run, let the name be remembered in a somewhat good light

It has a great foundation so why would you throw away all the work that was put into it just because it became inactive near its end? If most of the original crew had to come back and we felt like doing stuff, it would still be just as good as it used to be.
The only difference would be the server population in general being low and that is not going to change whether this is a new or old faction.

I can guarantee that none of CL's original crew is in the current version of it. This is what, the third time that Luke's tried to bring it back? The last two times didn't work out, at this point he should just make his own faction instead of using assets that don't belong to him without permission from their creators

Only 2 out of the 5 founding members (Irwin, Kaiwren, Twisp, Froztshock, and me) are banned

Yes, I am. Jayce was there at the start but only contributed to blowing himself up by suicide bombing Java. Nobody else you listed played a major role in the faction's history other than being a member at some point and time.

EDIT: And Bloogal/Dan, if we can manage to convince him to come back. Yeah they may have only been members, but that makes a faction, not just RP on forums.
