Since I don't like beating around the bush as much as the other people here want to avoid naming the core of your issue, including you. Therefore I will.
You think everything is a GC conspiracy these days and honestly, all this passive aggressiveness is starting to annoy me. GC has no stake in Core other than me logging at times to RP and pew. I am not part of its leadership and only hold a basic rank. I joined because Implo wanted to restart the faction, as that is his passion, and asked me if I could join to have some people with him, so he wouldn't have to do this venture alone.
Not every faction I am in is somehow a GC faction.
I hope this clears up your issue with Core. Now if you have any real issues that need adressing, this thread is always open.

Alright, some of you forced me to make a first post in the last 6 months.
The many years this faction was in a total shit. It's begone when Lyth left and gave leadership to one person, who lost interest in faction very fast. Then, this situation repeated a few times. Almost anyone who wanted to try himself as faction leader got this chance. Some people's used Core leadership in their own interests, it can even means powergaming.
This situation not for one and two years. Many old members also left the faction because it became in some brothel.
When I'm returned to disco after almost 2 years of break, there was already question about disband, I was invited in HC and my vote was also for this. Because at this time, in 2019 faction was already dead. I took everything that left after disband and tried to somehow keeping afloat Core| alive.
All this time I asked @Implosion to return. Year in year I watched how faction died without Implosion and Lyth because only this two men's know what is Core and how to be a Core.
And this time has come. @Implosion is back, we found a people's who have interest to play under Core| tag and who LIKE it.
Step by step, we working under revamp. You can not see this, but changes will come. May be not so fast as they can be made by schoolboys, because many of us have a family, kids and real life. But we working on this.
So, if you don't like Core, jus say this clearly, and move forward. Use your personal anger for something else.
I hope we will be able to return more old players, and have amazing fun with everyone in Omicrons. Cheers.

Good luck for officialdom friends, i had many good times logging for The Core| many years ago, quite frankly there's only a handful of people who really understand this faction's RP and the number one in that regard is @Implosion without question.

Yeah, this. Core is very specific in the attitude you have to have. It's not for everyone and grinds many people's gears but it is what it is and what makes it unique. Some people might not know this but the current Core Discord server has been built from scratch by me when Core| disbanded. I just wanted Core to stay alive. And I haven't blinked once in giving ownership over to Domino and Implo - they both understand Core and won't be pushed over by people who try to change it's spirit - it's in good hands. It's a very unique faction that needs to be kept alive. Again, officialdom doesn't even matter, it's mostly about keeping the laws up-to-date (something Admins should consider when voting - Core needs an OF to be technically properly functional for indies because of the maintenance of the laws), but as long as these two guys are leading it, it will do well and keep its philosophy, even with the changes coming.

I am going to entirely ignore all the posts prior to this and state that it's nice to see @Implosion leading this again. I've been a member of the Core on-and-off over the years, and of the many leaders the Core has had, I enjoyed it the most as a premise under his leadership and always felt like it suffered from a variety of creative problems every time it changed hands after his departure.
