Sabre - 11of10 - 07-08-2009 They are not, but also you can see an Outcast flying an Advanced Train. Sold only on Daumann Heavy Construction station known as Oder Shipyard, in the heard of Rheinland, AKA New Berlin. Also, please don't bash the man immediately. Sabre - Drake - 07-08-2009 ' Wrote:how can be civilian ships which are onyl available on lawfull base alowed to unlawfull groups? The bases you mentioned aren't lawful, I mentioned that unlawfuls are allowed to use civilian ships only available on lawful bases because if unlawfuls are allowed to do it, then lawfuls are allowed to do it as well (that is, use civilian ships only available on unlawful bases). For example a Xeno could fly a Kingfisher, a civilian fighter, even though it's only available on Manhattan. Likewise, a Gaian could fly a Clydesdale, a freighter only available on lawful Bretonian bases. This is documented. It's assumed that you acquired your (easily available civilian ship) through other means than actually physically landing on the base. When you think about it, Sabre was probably co-developped and is manufactured or distributed across Sirius. In many ways, it's like a car sold on a black market. Unlawful dealers will sell it to anyone who's got enough money for it. And that's it. Sabre - ... kur nubÄ—go? - 07-09-2009 Oh come on global. That was sarcasm. Tried to give a laught about myself. Besdies, there is a lot more better PvP combinations and that ain't buckshots neither nomad cannons (IMO acctualy nomad cannons sucks even more then buckshots). And about corsair stuff?.. Corsairs are proud by their own line. besides, they enemy use this ship very often, that would show huge disrespect to all corsairs purshasing such ship. And about sabre be sold on Freelancer base.. I like this idea! Sabre - Jongleur - 07-09-2009 I had a Sabre with Buckshots on it at one point and someone told me it wasn't legal so I changed my reasoning for trying it was that I was neutral to Malta so I bought a Saber, no probs then went and did some work for the hunters which then sold me some Buckshots after a few missions maybe we could get an admin to weigh in on this since they're the ones either okaying it or not.. Sabre - waddoff - 07-09-2009 ' Wrote:how can be civilian ships which are onyl available on lawfull base alowed to unlawfull groups?Selling location has -never- been a factor in deciding who can and cannot fly a ship. I remember getting grilled and threatened once by a LNS Cruiser by Manhatten for flying a Sabre (That was a looong time ago). Took me about 20 minutes to try and convince him that it wasn't an Outcast ship. Considering in Vanilla the ship was sold on Vogtland as well, nothing denotes the ship being Outcast at all. There is nothing to suggest it is strictly unlawful in the infocard, either. Hell, I mount Bretonian Splitters on my Freelancer Sabre, granted I mostly operate it in the independant worlds, Bretonia and occasionally Liberty now. Things like this shouldn't result in a sanction, they should and do however have roleplay concequences. By using BH weapons you automatically make yourself hostile to all pirates, and by mounting Bretonian weapons I make myself hostile to Kusari. Sabre - Rudo - 07-09-2009 You want a ridiculous pvp setup that rubs nobody wrong except the guy you're shooting? Golden Blades/Ragnaroks and Debilitator MkII's. That is an aggravating setup to encounter regardless of what ship you're in. ' Wrote:Selling location has -never- been a factor in deciding who can and cannot fly a ship. In the past it wasn't. Selling locations are a bit more refined and make sense now, so it's a bit of a factor these days. Sabre - Soul Reaper - 07-10-2009 Well, like many people have said, the sabre is a neutral ship, shouldnt have gotten a sanction for that, its like a eagle thats a bit stronger, but, like said before, the sabre should be sold on a freeport, its not just a ship that outcasts use, yep i'm on the side that confirms the sabre is a neutral ship, not a outcast one. -Soul Reaper |
