In view of this recent event, I've added the following line to the disclosure at the very beginning. To hopefully prevent a similar incident from occuring in the future.
Anyone not interested in any form of roleplay and just wants to be left alone on the server, reply with "No Roleplay" and you'll be left completely alone.
I also suggest that a list of characters that don't wish to be disturbed or involved in any form of roleplay also be made (actually we might have this already but no one signed up for it :mellow:)

Firebird, this is a role play server. If people don't want to, there are other servers out there for them, and many other mods. Its up to them.
We had a list like that(I forgot what the name was) but no one signed up for it. Igiss removed the list.

Okay guys.. I notice there's some confusion about the nomad ban.
I'll say this.
1) Any unauthorized player in SF Space carrying Nomads that does not have a registeration with Firebird will be asked to either 1) Trade the cargo to us, 2) Drop it or 3) be fired upon.
2) SF will enforce server rules *AND* the nomad ban within SF Space. I do believe the other clans plan to do this?

I don't know of any RM member that transports Nomads, but we will enforce the ban set up by the CRI. It seems like a good idea, considering what happend last time they were about.

I think it means that they will destroy every transport carring nomads (well, in fact every transport carring nomads on it or not :crazy:), and trade nomads themselves...

OK, so let me get this straight, Unless you register, Its considered " Illegal " to carry arround Nomads in your hold.
And If your not registered, and your found by another player while carrying nomads, the Discoverer can open Fire???
Example: Lance is in New Tokyo with 3000 Super nomads that took him months to collect. And ohh lets say Korrd Runs into him, Scans Lance and finds the Brains, korrd can demand the Brains or Kill lance? :blink:

Right track, but Korrd isn't registered so he isn't really supposed to enforce the ban (although, technically there is nothing stopping him from doing so)
And SF is registered so he would be allowed to carry nomads wherever he wants.
If the roles were reversed that is Korrd had the nomads and Lance was enforcing the ban then Korrd might want to register to avoid Lance having to request his cargo. Either that or Korrd can be a smuggler and avoid running into Lance.
