Why is anyone surprised at this?

Samura - both as an RP entity and as a player faction have Kusari well and truly stitched up.

Let them do what they like - I doubt the target factions will do anything about it except avoid Kusari space.

I find this list a little too much over the top.
One thing is to have a list of 5-10 targets...
But almost 30?

That's bound to generate some troubles.

In roleplay, it's kinda logical.
But outside of it, it's too much.

Coordinate with the other Kusari factions, share targets.
One will post this, the other that.

But then again...
Until the admins rule it so,
i'm talking to the boss to see if we can sign up on this with a selective list of targets.

If I were Samura I'd keep it open just for AFA and Hogosha ID'd players, you can't trust in gaijins.

Or just not post it saying "We are Samura, rawr" sort of fashion. Can lead to bad reputation even more and likely sanctions in-game. Not out of game.

Ok so there are some of the d\bad feelings I was talking about and the reason why I thought it was good to get some discussion going.

I must address one point, power gaming, someone said that they will now move their ships to Kusari in revenge against Samura.
Another has said that he will now start investigating mercs to find our connection.
Ok excuse me for a moment.:lol:

Now yes it does seem excessive to have so many targets up but I have thought about dropping BD,GC and Bretonian Privateers off the list.

The thoughts behind this logic is that Samura has both the FA and Hogosha on permanent retainer to hurt all other financial targets in Kusari to make an environment better suited to Samura growth.
This I thought was best represented by actually funding both organisations to do what they are supposed to do in game.

I know that you think that we are openly declaring war on everybody but that could not be further from the truth.
This is a closed communication "To Farmers Alliance, Hogosha and Sub-contractors of Samura", so if you are not a pre-hired subcontractor than you will not know any more about this than Samura does with the secret GMG/BD alliance.

Having said all this, I am taking everybody's opinion into account and may change the targets with further discussion.
Of course if any of this is against the rules, then it will be fixed strait away.

Strange though - that you have Daumann on that list - arent you guys doing business with them to terraform Planet Holstein?

Well i am sorry,but this broadcast to all those peeps will be picked up and relayed to many other's sources,and so on. All of sirius will know about it,and so no "metagaming" will take place when the friends/family and so on of those killed under this bounty will find out,and take revenge. For example the junkers chat with those listed,and will sell this info to other's(and get great pay for it) then they will pass it on. See how in RP this works? So no "meta gaming" It is RP. Maybe you dislike this RP? TO BAD! not all will like you RP'n this bounty. There will be killing,and lots of it. Certain militaries will also here about this,and surely take action. You need to expand your thinking before you post something like this,and claim "no you can't find out! metagaming metagaming". Anything broadcast to large parties,and i mean ANYTHING! can,and will be recorded and sold to other parties for a price. After all as you claim,these are not the friendly/loyal to all type's your paying. they will work both sides.
I stick with my earlier claim,and have started relocaiting already. I WILL BE HUNTING SAMURA SHIPS! PERIOD!
I will RP it. RP it MY way. like it or not. No rules will be broken.

So basically what you're doing is allowing people who are approved there to blow up any transports in Kusari without actually having to make a piracy demand?

PvP abuse, IMO.
