I have proven plenty of times that you aren't that good. You really made me angry this time. And beleive me - there are enough ppl that support me on this one! Just apollogise to every1 and start acting with honour. Don't try to push things when you are killed again and again...
The things have been offtopic for a while - this is the right topic - about the unfair fights.I have done my best to show u things as they were - it's all there for you to see and judge.
With this I hope that things are near end of the discussion. One thing is clear. Dab will never admit his mistakes....

Stop saying we were losing. You lost alot more than your post said and you know it. So stop lying about it. Also as Xerxes said we should do I DID tryo to comprimise. If you are in gamma for just missions/equipment/weapons I am fine with it. But if you are there for RP reasons I will attack you. That is m comprimise. You can be there for your missions and not get attacked, which has been what most of you were complaining about before this though I had every right to attack you. Yes we shouldn't be allowed to order Freelancers out of our systems but why not a full-fledged faction with over 7 members? They should be treated like other factions and we should be able to fight them out of the system if we want.

And also none of these kind of arguements happened with any of the other Phantoms before Damned got back. Don't say this is AL my fault or the other Phantoms would have brought this up much sooner.

Dab, did you read what I posted on the previous page? I'm still vaiting for your reply. If you have nothing to reply, I guess you totally agree with what I said, and subject yourself to any punishments if you will violate what I said. Don't complain then.
First thing I've already done is removing your global chatting rights. Your attitude to chat is unappropriate for this server. I'd disable all types of chat for you if I could, temporarily, unfortunately cannot do this.

About RP.. kane is correct. Bans are not permanent are they? Because it wouldn't be the same with out our spoiled brat, dab :D .

I havent ever abused my global chatting rights and really havent used it more then 3 times, but hey its your server do what you want with it.
Also reply to what? I don't understand what it is your waiting for me to reply to.
And I am not trying to force them out of Gamma but telling them that if they are there expect to be attacked. They have continuesly complained about being attacked by me reapetedly in Gamma even after they were told by not just me I have that right. Also I thought I was allowed the right to fight any characters out of Gamma and told Damned such but he wouldn't witch to most of his so I couldn't attack them. You told me to attack him with guns not on chat. Well thats what I was trying to do. He wouldn't allow it. I'm sick of them always saying I am the one at fault when they are too. I am allowed to attack them why are they compaining about a hostile faction attacking them? Get used to it your terrorists!

Whats wrong with him posting all of our deaths on there (one of the times he posted about my fighter was a double screenshot look at his shield strength/thruster energy they are almost the exact same. He is using the number of kills to give him a reason to post. He is so willing to post that we died more than three times when he died MUCH more than three times. He had died 4-5 times before my third one. when about 2 of those deaths were from my own novas and he failed to show the whole chat window to show he died as well. Now I will stop asking him to leave but I will still attack him. And this is not just Gamma I am trying to attack you out of. If I saw you in Sigma-17, or 19 I would still attack you. And I don't understand what his big deal about my switching characters to fight him. My cruiser had no shield and had 3 missing turrets. I wasn't going to fight his cruiser that had turrets that can actually damage a cruiser with my cruiser where missiles won't even affect him. And stop complaining about having no Novas. Its not my fault you didn't its yours. Damned has been making this personel since the first time I attacked him in Gamma. He knew that he was hostile to us and still said I was in the wrong just by shooting at him.

K, I don't see the problem with Dab wanting to attack a hostile faction. Damned or any phantom being in Gamma is asking to be approached by any AW not just Dab. Now am I correct that in this case, both sides wanted the PvP?
The real issue to me sounds like, you guys keep running into each other and neither one of you want to back down and leave the other alone.
IMO, given its AW space, Damned if you wanted the fight to stop you should of left the system or told Dab "k, I've had enough. We're doing our own thing here that has nothing to do with Roleplay, leave us be." Dab, if you wanted the fight to stop, you should of backed off and let them be. Put your egos in check.
As far as I know, there is no rule for ending a PvP after 3 deaths. So unless someone has the guts to backdown and leave the other person alone then everytime you guys meet you will probably find yourselves battling it out everytime and pissing the rest of us off with your bickering. You want us to say whose right or wrong...well guess what you both are. Dab for constantly attacking, Damned for provoking (however undeliberate on both sides).
An idea...
A solution that might help to fix this, might be to consider removing the listing that states what system each player is in. Have it display the system only if you're in the same group or same system. This would make hunting/harassment type attacks much harder, and less frequent.

Dab, are you trying to kick out not only online characters but also their offline chars from your systems? If that's the case, forget it, you nor anyone else has the power to enforce that, nor should they.
If that's not the case, then my apologies for bringing it up.
