Been playing league for a while now, mostly with premade 5's. I usually give up on ranked and solo queue because of bad experiences with random players.

Usually play with a full premade team with my friends and some from work, hilarity always ensues when I call out "Sending air mail!". I also really love playing as Vi.

Naah. You have to build her as an AP support, not a pure, build all GP10 support. Faerie charm or two, wards, health pots.
Buy chalice of harmony or Philo stone on first back, work on Rylais or Rod of Ages next.
Death cap if you get fed. If you didn't get fed, Shurelyias and then get whatever one you didn't get previously, i.e Rylais if you got RoA.
I recommend armor reds, armor yellows, cooldown/mana/AP blues(choice), choice quints (I like health) 0/21/9 or 9/21/0 masteries
