Zoners have caps to Rp with, not to pew with. They frankly got like only one enemy, the Nomads and those are taken care by Order and Core.

This is the same as saying "because we can". And this mentality brought ZA and all the associated incidents upon us. You know, "because we can" is not the same as "because we should".

I meet a lot of Zoners on my wild ships. 95% of them fly a capital vessel. And 69% of them engage me on sight. While 49% of them use their Zoners for nomad farming. And only 19% of them do care to roleplay. Oh and I can imagine that at least 2% do fly snubcrafts. I bet there are some doing so. I hope.

Just figure out if Zoner caps are supposed to be warships or "exploration vessels" and balance ship, ID, diplomacy and lore accordingly. Job done.

Mb move capital ships into the separate ID from Zoner ID? Regular zoner id can be up to gb and transports.
