wouldnt make a difference.

Who are they going to believe, the guy nobody likes or the admin that's doing all their work?

Tenacity, do not attack Xoria becuase you wilfully chose to break the rules. Just as there is no excuse for F1ing, there is no excuse for underlevel killing, unless they drain your shields by 50%, anything else is a breach of the rules. Thusly it is sanctionable.

Fletcher, not a martyr the fact the Fruggo was sanctioned for No-Rp PvP proved that the issue could have been solved with the application of a sanction violation report. That was what should have been done.

I see your point. *slaps self for typing without thinking:(

Well the Admins have to enforce the rules no matter who breaks them and I cant blame them for that I think the taking all credits thing isn't a very fair punishment though honestly.

One person could lose a few mil and someone else hundreds of mil for the same thing, have to admit it scares me out of breaking any though.

Care to explain that? Or should I just assume the worst possible interpretation?

And just for your information, you dropped the f-bomb on me in private chat this week and you don't see a sanction for that do you? I sanctioned someone else for doing the same thing to another player who reported it, but you got mercy.

In my defense... - Tenacity - 07-02-2008

explanation is simple, I had a reason for doing what I did, and quite a few players around at the time agreed with it. Still, I get sanctioned just the same, and lose my credits for trying to save someone else from losing theirs.

Zero tolerance is not a good way of running things.

EDIT:

And seeing your edit, perhaps I should thank you. Still, I ended up having to delete another of my characters just to get enough money to start building money again after this, and it pisses me off.

EDIT2:

Still, I think the situation didnt warrant a sanction towards me. The no underlevel killing rule is there to stop high level players from griefing noobs, and that did not occur here. The guy deserved it, as he had already smoked three other players and went on to kill several more.
