You realized that Falster has been moved (by my request) away from the O7 gate and sits not near Aland, an IMG base... ehm... some years ago? Big Grin

I do not know what you are even talking about, but your answers never fail to amuse me. Smile

I only say: 1/79.
And you own the 1 POB that is not inside the rules.

This alone would make a lot of people question their decision.
Not you, of course. Big Grin

Even if I own one base, its still according to the old rules. And the best spot to hide in the asteroid field. I could just do the same as you, than just move it next to the middle of the center of omega 7 use the weapon platforms to abuse my base powers like you can do with falster in omega 3. The only difference is that you can almost complete destroy kruger with it, since we are no good with GMG. (ofcourse you are in it and used it in the past against us) While you can just go in the tau's and do whatever you want. I still do not understand how YOU keep complaining, since a lot of other factions have problems to DOCK in systems or complete system areas. But i guess we need garreth again, maybe it is time now to give up our toys jack..

Old rules are irrelevant. As it was pointed out by an admin not so long ago, you don't get to chose the rule revision that suits you best.

The admins have been more than kind to wait all this time for you, the last base that is not compliant with the active ruleset, to finally get in line like everyone else did. With the recent new blood in the admin team and likely the other future admins that are to come, you might want to get in line before this last one non-compliant oddity is pushed into compliance by an admin that doesn't like oddities. If that happens they'll chose the new location for you, which might not be exactly where you'd have liked it to be if you got to choose.

Rules are rules, you cannot change a rule just because you like it. We were permitted core 5 long before this rule:
- Bases located within 15k of mining fields will not be permitted to advance beyond Core 2.

came to exist. SO there is nothing rule wise you could do about it. Also this base is harming no one, except the ones shooting at it. That are usual red hessian capital ships, you can easy pirate in the area if you trigger the shields of the station. So I see no real obstruction for gameplay as well.

Times change and so should your POB location.

@GamerGirl
Wanna bet? If I were you I wouldn't try baiting the staff this hard, to be honest.

If it is moved to the open, its just being targeted. And please tell me where should we move it? Where is there more influence for kruger to put it? RP wise there is none. O wait next to the gate to Stuttgart? because it is on the route to sell ores.

this was an admin decision. it states:
(05-28-2015, 09:36 PM)Garrett Jax Wrote: The following rule regarding POBs in mining fields will be enforced upon all future POB builds:

Quote:Core Two
- Players are required to post the name, IFF, system and purpose of their base in this subforum prior to becoming Core 2. These posts remain invisible and are only accessible by the server staff.
- Upon posting their existence, base owners will receive, from the admins, a set of 'blueprints' which is required for their upgrade. Blueprints are non transferable and will be absorbed in the upgrade of the base.
- Before a player/faction attacks a Core 2 base (or higher), they must role play either in game or on the forums and provide the link to this RP in the Attack Declaration thread.
- Bases located in mining within 15k of mining fields will not be permitted to advance beyond Core 2.

[color=#33FF00]This will not apply to Player owned bases already above Core 2 that currently lie in mining fields.
End of discussion from my end..

You were permitted Core 5 under the previous ruleset. Your POB is now illegal with the current ruleset. You were offered a free relocation, you are refusing to take it, pretexting you get to be a special snowflake for some reason. You don't.

This base is going to be moved sooner or later. You have no special imaginary immunity to the rules.

I guess that you have your answer.
