RE: State of the server and the community. - ProwlerPC - 10-22-2016 Personally I think it's OORP for Hessen to not attack the base and I demand a strong RP attempt from hessian detailing why it took them so long to target it. (Silly phone auto correct) RE: State of the server and the community. - ProwlerPC - 10-22-2016 I'll further add that had I been still leading GMG a huge chunk of credits and an RP bonus of increased fuel supplie's would've been arranged for Hessiens. RE: State of the server and the community. - Curios - 10-23-2016 Problem is basically is that we have ability to build bases. It was already said for many times by many people how flawed that idea (while looking good at the first glance) is both before and after intruduction of POBs. Yet, years were spent to life support something that was born dead. RE: State of the server and the community. - moebus - 10-23-2016 That would be fairer if owning and maintaining a capital ship would require some efforts (at least commodities and credits consumed periodically in addition to regular RP activity) in the same way than owning and maintaining a POB. Eventually, sieging a POB with capital ships would require additional efforts to represent the extra cost of the assault (not only a RP post in the dedicated thread but also commodities to be collected and stocked prior the attack and credits). Maybe this is what we can expect from a RP server. RE: State of the server and the community. - R.I.P. - 10-23-2016 Still the same ole disco, agree with some points he has stated. This toxic place is what drove me away, would love to return to this game i loved so much. But as i see it is still a very toxic place. The community won't ever change, but there's ways to cope with it and avoid the radioactive parts of it. But as i see it is still a very toxic place. It could change if everyone did their part but as I keep saying, a lot of us have grown complacent and simply don't care anymore. Most faction leaders at this point just want to keep the Status Quo going and for things to never change and we end up with a stale, boring and toxic community and anyone that might have cared at one point are either gone or became what they hated. |
