It is funny talking about "Every. Single. Junker. Cares", when you are judging things depending on the evidences provided by some unknown factions(players)
- Not you specifically. But some people working with you (dont ask me for names, it's been over a week and you guys use too many alts).
- Yes, you guys are always staging on Rochester and whenever the Navy actually chases your bait you undock from there. When the fight goes haywire part of your group heads for rochester and docks there.
- I am not judging this by the evidence (I didnt bother looking at it), but it's a general thing I have taken notice of. Hence I gave you my experience report.
Second, Auxesia has a Freelancer IFF, isn't it so? So which laws and regulations of Rochester Base restricts me from undocking/docking on base/chilling around the base when I see a Freelancer around me?
If you have an evidence from LPI, LN or LSF, I would not say anything, but an evidence from a Freelancer IFF'd Auxesia which shows what? A Rogue Destroyer flying around Rochester when there was a Freelancer ship nearby? Do those evidences show that Rogue Destroyer is escaping from the fight against Auxesia and docking on Rochester to save his/her life?
Okay, if you don't have an evidence showing my or my friends ships escaping from the battle (chased by lawful), docking on the Rochester base to save himself/herself, do you have any evidence showing me or my friends initiating a battle in the 10k radius of the Rochester Base? If no, then there is nothing to talk about. If yes, you can send me.

rochester will ban any pirates that base out of Rochester to raid the lawfuls, and any unlawful BS caps. it's part of their roleplay, and will save their hides from the government's wrath.
don't like it? stop docking there to use it as a raiding point.

But, I'm asking, if I (An Outcast ID/IFF Gunboat) see a Freelancer IFF player (let it be an Auxesia, just a pirate with FL IFF, or anything with FL IFF) near the Rochester Base, am I violating any Junkers Base rule or regulation by flying around the base, chatting, chilling around, or flying away from Rochester?

@"Auzari" , I got your point. Ban me from docking on Rochester when you have enough proof to prove I'm using Rochester for raids. I'm using it, because I like the waitress there, she's very hot. And the drinks are cheap.
P.S What's about the unlawful BS caps, I'm not arguing anything about it. You got an evidence, showing an OC BS docking on Rochester? You know how to deal with it.

Roleplay post right? How do you prove in RP that the proof provided to Junkers isn't an out-dated one, one which was taken some years ago? Thus, I can say, your screenshots aren't valid inRP as far as it doesn't include the time. Only one of your screenshot is showing an Outcast Battleship flying around Manhattan, without any proof that it happened 2 days ago, 3 days ago or 5 years ago. Thus how can it inRP be valid?
Edit: Take this question as an ask for recommendation. I've never used a screenshot without timestap, and if I use later how can I RP it out? With all seriousness, I might be wrong here, but how can a screenshot without showing time when it was taken be valid for such RP?

Does it really matter when it happened? Did you get fined for it already, whenever that was? Did you ever get fined by an official Junker Faction at all? If no - then this should stand regardless of date, don't you agree? You were seen by non-pirates at/around/on Rochester, putting the entire station at risk.

well, firstly, most of them were timestamped, second of all, the ranseur would look extremely different from a few years ago, (+different engine contrails - they were updated, you notice the bright orange.) -
which can be linked to the OC models being upgraded in technology. though that could sound quite sketchy. another note is the consistancy of the screenshots, the same person is there when the timestamps are present.

Technology & architecture changes. The consistancy of the provided images. The ships and bystanders present. And the timestamp - yes, they're in RP.
