Well, it's always good to see a group trying to be better voluntarily. I've had some bad experiences in the past, but I'll try to put that behind me. Anyways, I highly recommend a name change for all of you, so that you get a clean sheet of start over ness. (Okay, it's not a word, so sue me)

The name of the pirates has been changed different faction to. Im going to do my best to keep things decent behavior and keep people in line. Trouble is the leadership kinda has fallen on me, not something I sought after, and Im feeling pretty misanthropic towards the community lately.
Anyways inspace deals with ltc so if you have something to take up with them talk to him we split the leadership for each part I only deal with my own behavior in ltc and behavior of the newly named and factioned legacy. Its no big secret and I have told quite a few through pms but thats about it.

The diplomacy comment wasnt just aimed at the outcasts. I have talked to many many different people about "hey mind if we use this" or "hey lets work together on this" no dice. Not even worth it I think, so my official philosophy is take what you want as long as its green and isnt just weird.

It seems the LTC members do not understand that if they carry even legal goods now they will be destroyed... What you should do is rep yourselves hostile to [RM] as we see you as such. (Or find a diplomatic way to solve this... Pay like huge fine or something.. sign some agreement never to smuggle through rheinland, Never to open fire on [RM] and so on. [Just a suggestion])

Work with people. Don't just ignore them. Part of why the Council of Dons likes the Vagrant Raiders so much is that they're actively working with us. Part of why we dislike many unofficial Outcast factions is because they ignore us or refuse to listen to any suggestions.

Greetings Weedalot,
Firstly There will be no Rep Changes Towards [RM] .The person(s) should have taken time to read the forum(status)..Some of our traders prefer legal routes some dont and untill Legacy(fighter division)has been established I see it pointless to make any LTC Rep changes at this point...
What I May prepose Is to pay the fines set.but wheres the fun in that my personal RP Is smuggling slaves and drugs past these guys ,With no-one to avoid It would take the element of fun away,but again thats my personal opinion.
Anyway this matter is the last on the list at the moment..
LTC will be staying pritty much the same as it is.Apart from all new recruits will be taged [dui] so there behaviour can be monitored.
As It stands at the moment untill we can gather Legacy feedback from our own forum,
I think some of these major changes are gonna take some time.Alot more than first anticipated.

Yes this and shiplines will be restricted and greater importance put on the rules. I am going to be stepping back due to how irate I find myself getting. Ill write an rp story up but I must put the diplomacy and other such matters on inspace's capable hands. I find myself getting to upset taking care of this stuff when I shouldnt be. Ill let it go and deal with my own personal issues with this game.

The thing is that due to your numerous unpaid fines and probably quickdocks when asked to halt, many houses decided to stop wasting their time trying to RP and put you on your KoS list w/o exception.
If a guy in RL sells drug, almost get caught and decide then to sell food, the police will still arrest him if they get him

Might want to remind your boys about keeping it in-RP while in game. I had an incident recently, but I won't mention it here. Just remind them that this is an RP server, and even if they suspect someone is breaking the rules they shouldn't harp on about it in system chat.
It's a good thing that you're willing to change yourselves for the better. My advise would be to kick out anyone that's holding you back. If they don't get with the program, give them the boot.
