Although removing some things in an obvious way so people can see you edited it easily like a red line through text I don't see an issue.
But changing your layout let people believe you are someone else on the screenshot is just lol and sad.

I'm not Rachel.Kennen, that's another spy asset in my Faction though who tracked down your ships because he thought Operation: Global Grid was still active. Now we have to change the name of that character though.
Thirdly, a data-sharing cooperation between KPT and Reavers was setup. That's how they got the info.
We always black out our ships/loadouts when using spy characters. As seen in the past.
Now of course, I won't post anymore about this subject because that will most likely piss off the Moderators.

I'm sure that if you keep making stories up someone is eventually going to believe you.
Of course I have information of everyone involved, my members always debrief with me on Skype after their in-game actions.
