Captain.... Moonwalker? your request for a battleship class vessels was sent to the Council of Dons. The Council will now vote on your request and you will be informed about their decision in the next few days.
Captain of the ship Parasite, we do need some basic information for the registration, ship name, captains name, area of operations, defensive or offensive wings. When was it commissioned, and where?

That was the last Reply, from 2 week a go
I did drink all me bottles of rum empty still waiting for Councils permission to start the construction of the Outcast Battleship "Moonlightning".which I'll fly as captain Moonwalker.

I am sending this to fill you in on some recently aquired and hired men. I am putting a full list together of our fleet for your access, however I would like to let you know that a few of the Indy Outcasts in Outcast Territories are coming to join my forces. The Rendox is one such ship. An Outcast Destroyer, piloted by Preying Mantis. He already had the ship in his possession when he contected me for some support in Bretonia. I have taken him under my wing and guide his course now. I will have the list of the rest of my fleet to your eyes as soon as I can.

Captain Moonwalker, i am sorry you had to wait so long, but looks like some Dons were away on official business. After a very long discussion the Council decided there is no need for another battleship class ship, and your request is sadly denied.
And Jackal, of the Raven, i will update the registry once you send me all available data on all ships used by your pilots.

Subject: Destroyer and battleship registration
Due to overwhelming numbers of capital ships coming from Gamma, the Council of Dons came to a conclusion. Registration of the outcast destroyer and the outcast battleship is no longer regulated and enforced. Any captain with enough resources and crew available is permitted to buy a destroyer or battleship class vessel.
New York directive was also removed from destroyer and battleship class vessels, but remains active on all dreadnoughts.
Outcast dreadnought will still require unanimous majority of the Council of Dons.

Subject : RM-1 Destroyer, the Eventus
I have recently purchased an Outcast Destroyer, RM-1 class. I worked hard, along many of my friends on Malta and we have accumulated the funds necessary for a destroyer. The ship name is the Eventus and it will be used primarily to defend Malta and assist any Outcast or allied raiding fleets.
If I am allowed, I will also use the Eventus to carry out ambushes in Liberty space to capture high ranking officers and lawful pilots and take them back to Malta for interrogation and execution.
