Who are also sufficiently militarised to resist large regional powers like the Outcasts, in the much same way the GMG are.
Or are you going to claim that miners who mine gas shouldn't be able to defeat Rheinland, because they're the equivalent of oil-rig workers.

Canonically the IMG have resisted the Outcasts by hiding. Discovery frequently does its own thing though.

I know My Osiris is strong inrp but damn. 1 ship got the Order ready for war! I am very excited.
