That's not true, either. Each BS has to have a designated owner who's Battleship License that is. The only exception is the ONE Faction BS License a faction is allowed.

Battleships are not meant to be strong against bombers. They're used to fight other capital ships, Battlerazors are supposed to hit Gunboats, not Bombers.
Battleships aren't the only ships that suffer from being easy to kill by Bombers, Gunboats and Cruisers are easy meat as well. But -- guess what, that's what Bombers are supposed to do... With the exeption of Gunboats, Capital ships are designed to attack other Capital ships. If you're attacking Fighters and Bombers in a Cruiser/BS then you're doing it wrong.
