Is it possible to accidentally get someone else's account with that thing? Because, I used something similar to that in the past and I ended up with one of the admin's admin account. The admin was quite embarrassed.

Yeah, the chance of getting someone else's account is... erm... low. We could theoretically make it even lower by generating each octet of the account ID randomly, but I REALLY don't want to code that.
