What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - blackdragon0083 - 01-14-2008 you dont want to use a bomber. why should i? What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - sn!p3r - 01-14-2008 sorry, i would of brought mine. but it was too far out:Psoo i took my bomber. Blackdragon, the ico does need to cool off on the capships. Do you even have any fighters? or bombers? What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - RingoW - 01-14-2008 IOC will not switch to fighters, because of thinking they could loose and they don't like to loose as every one else, but there are good loosers and bad loosers. Blackdragons attitudes let me think, they would be bad loosers. Additionally, fighters have a small cargoarea, but they need the space to fund themself. @ Blackdragon: So, you like Bush's politics? You are not american. You have not to suffer under his "effective politcs", which turned the financial resources of US into owes, which has made the Dollar so weak, all are going for gold and oil, which can bring us a possible world economy crisis. Back to topic. Beating a fly with a cruise missile may ensure the death of the fly, but it is ineffective. I can see where ICO is ending. On KOS list of all unlawfuls aaaand not welcome by house authorities, if you don't care what they want. Thanks to the limited BS license you all don't use BHG BB's. At the end i try to imagine a whole US carrier fleet is hunting RL pirates between the indonesian islands. AoM What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - Xoria - 01-14-2008 Angel of Mercy sums up the official LH opinion quite nicely and succinctly, so I won't bother trying to out-do a celestial creature. Additionally, I generally choose to take to heart the advice of Jesus, and not cast my pearls before those who obviously value no opinion other than their own. I request all LH members to cease all comments in this thread from here on. There are other ways than words to deal with nonsense, and we shall make the most of them. [Above comments not directed at Sniper or LSF members in any way whatsoever.] What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - blackdragon0083 - 01-14-2008 yes sniper we do we have flown by you in the regurly. but as stated we dont care much for them as thay dont wrok well with dail up as stated before. What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - Othman - 01-14-2008 ' Wrote:dont you mistake sportmanship with roleplay then? - why should the navy use a fighterwing IF they have a capship in the area, that can do the job ( provided it has a good crew to pilot through the asteroids and a gunner that is able to actually shoot down those light fighters )Please read me more carefully next time. Will you? What does dispatch mean? I would not have any word if capital ships were in the area the lane hackers progressed and these two enountered by chance. But from what I read, I make out that capital ships are being dispatched to Buffalo to get rid of some light fighters. Do you think it is normal for a Liberty capital ship to operate around Buffalo, and badlands? We see it clearly that independents were involved in this, sending anything they have against a small group of light fighters. Now this entirely kills roleplay and fun, from my point of view. What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - bluntpencil2001 - 01-14-2008 Right... the ICO are bounty hunters, correct? Were you offered a bounty on the Lane Hackers? Bounty Hunters are not here to 'protect and serve', they're here to pick up cash. And really, that was cheap, folks. Come on. What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - pchwang - 01-14-2008 I feel I have a right to give as a former member of the SA. We didn't have a LSF back then, and even today, I will stress that I have no idea why the LSF has a Liberty Dread... The LSF, as someone mentioned before, is like the NSA, CIA, etc...Do you see the CIA/NSA operating helicopter gunships, Polaris missile submarines, or aircraft carriers? No! They operate covertly, and RP-wise, that is how the LSF ought to operate. The SA mostly flies Avengers, but in reality, the Guardian is the Liberty Navy VHF. The Avenger is the LSF VHF. We didn't have a LSF back then, and even today, I will stress that I have no idea why the LSF has a Liberty Dread...Well this is a good point but I would not blame LSF with using capital ships as far as their ID allows them. The thing is, one would not send capital ships and hell a dreadnought.. for coping with a bunch of slipstreams or daggers.. And I feel, the ICO was involved in this thing and maybe some individuals in addition. Now correct me people if I am wrong here but, come on.. a horde of capital ships against a small group of light fighters? Thats far beyond logic in my book. But I believe what you stress makes sense. And yes, its not upto the Bounty Hunters and mercenaries to intervene ongoing fights between Liberty forces and criminals if they are not fullfilling a contract there. EDIT: And I am quite disturbed to see a horde of mercenaries and every kind of criminals abusing New York everyday and turning it into a hub of chaos, whether they have the valid RP background and reason to do that or not. What it Takes to Kill a Lane Hacker Light Fighter - pchwang - 01-14-2008 Quote:its not upto the Bounty Hunters and mercenaries to intervene ongoing fights between Liberty forces and criminals if they are not fullfilling a contract there. True, but the BH NPCs often intervene in fights between baddies and the lawfuls. It's just that the lawfuls don't intervene when the BH get blow out of the sky(I've tried it. Kill BH outside Battleship Hood near the gate...BAF don't do anything.) Btw, there is a law in Real Life that states that if you see something illegal going on, you are required to help in some sort of way. I think that in Disco, Bounty Hunters would fall into this catagory, contract or not. The only thing is...I doubt that any bounty hunter would go out of his/her way just to blow up some Lane Hackers. If the LH ran into them, then probably, yes. If not, no. |
