Pirat: "2milrdai"
Trader: "K, here"
(trader gives pirat 2mil)
Pirat: "Thanks. Oh look, there's a bounty on you, now dai anyway"
*pewpew*

Yeah, cause that's not against the rules at all.

This made me laugh. And yes, that is probably exactly what they want to do. If not? well it is going to happen, and people will be upset. Hope the admins are ready for the wave of sanction reports they will soon be getting.

Yes, that's definitely the way to do it. Assume bad faith and make more complicated rules.

I don't disagree that this blanket bounty is allowing people to bypass a rule by permitting another roleplay avenue, but it's legal, so who cares? Fight back in space, not on forums.
Uh, no, you can't just start shooting without some form of roleplay, so 5.2 still applies. If you just start shooting without saying anything first, you're still liable to get SANKSHUNed.

Exactly traders are going to place sanction reports everytime they get bountied, and of course that is exactly what I am trying to do.
We all know the admin get paid too much for the amount of work they do.

Uh, what?

The bounty referred to in the OP is open to FA and Hogosha, both of whom are pirates.

From my personal experience with bountys of this nature, the bounty supercedes the normal trade ship attack rules.

Well I am sure that the bounty would supercede the transport killing rules, but I am happy to include that rule as Samura will be happier to see a pirate attck than a murder, but we take what we can get.

I will say however that Samura ships are on a few bounties as of now and somehow we have managed to get through it without too many sanction reports for daring to attack us.
