but, the nerf is cumulative... so it would add to your tech nerf, so you would have 15 hours in conn before having no power, whereas someone with no nerf could remain a whopping 300 minutes longer in conn

Bad behaviour is a catch all term for things we find distasteful. Before you whine and complain about this rule set, look around at other users first. This is your baby as much as it is ours.
Why 1.2??? Being a "insert male sexual organ" does not "harm or disrupt gameplay" however it DOES pose a MAJOR Rule 0.0 breach...
Why do you have Rule 0.0 when it isnt used, EVER??? Use the rule, dont just go with the "admins will sanction you cuz we can" rule...
