The Virage and Co both seem to share a Wrathish hitbox. Not sure how that one was chosen, but there you go.
But the bloody lane hacker GS has a, uh, Drone hitbox. Complete with rabbit ears and massively protruding body. Bad times that.

Um... what?! They both look like good candidates for the Dagger hitbox to me!
EDIT: Well... the GS does, at the very least. The others... not quite so much, due to the funny split-wings and down sloping cockpits.

I would call that unusual form yes....
None of the first two are vertical in any sense.. yet they have the vertical Wrath hull.
Also if you remember many people wanted Wrath hitbox for the Crow.. that has basic shape similar to Havoc. So it's easy to jump on conclusions.

On the LH GS vs BHG GS you see how much a hitbox does to the ship. Both have virtually the same stats otherwise.
just that the BHG GS has 3 times bigger hitbox... result:
most people call BHG GS for unbalanced and uber..
while saying how the LH GS sucks at the same moment. And I have to agree with that.

Thanks... seems like it was those two squares in the back that "felt strange".
This says you should basically aim where the front triangle ends.
Can you also show the height from the side?
It felt higher than the Outcast dessie that's for sure.
