PVE bonuses in Drake and Coronado have been set to 1.1 for now. Coronado was previously broken due to a typo and has been fixed.
The high PVE rewards and system-wide NPC spawns in Drake were causing undesirable behaviour, so that's been turned way down.
I'm currently investigating issues with event JHs that should allow Order and Nomad ships to relocate from the Omicrons more easily.
EDIT: All praise Connor, both the Order and Nomad JHs to Coronado and Drake (respectively) have been fixed. These are both one way trips, so there's no way to get back beyond dying or hoofing it manually.

1 point to each side. I was shot by 5 people including a cruiser, while I was alone. I didn't expect to "kill myself", as damage dealt upon me was, well, "unexpected" at that moment.
