This means your actions are non-canon, and if the official faction catches you, we can enforce canon.I wont "enforce" anyone to "enter Gallia and trade there". Never said anything close to that. Also i see myself as one of the few less active anti-isolationists that concider Council as going to far. It is clear that nomatter how often GRN shouts "Honneur, Patrie, Valeur, Discipline" per day, there where always some GRN with an open or hidden Agenda against the isolation. ' Wrote:[...]At that time, the society of Gallia was divided into two major parties because of the recent discovery of human colonies of Sirius sector, a discovery that was made public in 590 AGS. The majority supported the Crown in their efforts to isolate the House from Sirius, build up its military forces, and strike against the unprepared colonies of Sirius when the right moment came. [...] The minority supported the breach of isolation and establishing contacts with the governments of Sol. Among the voting part of the population, the proportions of the groups were about 5 to 1. The logical course of action for anti-isolationists was to try to reach Sirius on their own. [...] After the failure, the most active anti-isolationists chose to regroup and form the Gallic Liberation Movement. I am one of thouse GRN with hidden Agenda and that is 100% clear according established lore! There is no rule nor lore in conflict with my GRN RP and you drop your accusations regarding it is or prove your point EXACTLY please. Hint (Faction rules!!): Quote:RIGHT 2) [...]Official Factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to. Rep-ninja in Gallia - Daedric - 07-19-2011 I'm not telling you, you cannot role play a GRN pilot who disagrees with the Crown. I'm telling you if you do it, there will be in role play consequences for doing it. If the GRN| catch you, they will use Faction Right 2 and order you to fall in line. If you refuse you've effectively defected and should leave the GRN (that means ditch the ships and the ID) and join the Council. If you fail to do that after refusing a direct order from the GRN| I'd bet once they have the required role play evidence they'll file a 6.10 and have the admins enforce the consequences of your actions upon you. Cannon lore is that all the GRN follows the order of the Crown to the T. Failing to do so results in the death of the soldier or pilot who didn't comply. Or they defect to the Council to survive. There is no middle ground. If you are however able to keep your activities hidden from the GRN|, you won't face any of the aforementioned consequences. TLDR: There are consequences for your actions, you'll have to deal with them if you get caught. Rep-ninja in Gallia - Alley - 07-19-2011 Kharon if you are caught allowing sirians that does not have permits or disobeying GRN| orders there will be consequences and FR2 or even FR5 will be used. You can't go against the faction roleplay just because you want it to be so. It's perfectly fine to have an hidden agenda, but as said Daedric, if you are caught, consequences WILL be here. As long as you are not caught, you're safe. This is crystal clear and non negociable because three pages of this is enough. Thank god for Dab! and Kharon, sure, if no one is around you can RP you help OC to smuggle Cardamine into Gallia, but if someone catch you there will be consequences. Same applies here, if you are agent of the Council it's alright, but make sure you are not caught. Rep-ninja in Gallia - blubba - 07-19-2011 Just checking in. So no actual response then. Quote:As requested by a number of players, we have removed the rep-ninja on the GRN and GRP NPC factions with respect to the other NPC factions. Not all NPC factions can improve their reputation currently. It seems the rep-ninja is still place with some NPC factions. Was this on purpose or was it an oversight? Rep-ninja in Gallia - Dab - 07-19-2011 ' Wrote:Just checking in.I can't answer the latter, Cannon needs to do that. However, give me a list of which factions are repninja'd. Rep-ninja in Gallia - blubba - 07-19-2011 Quote:As requested by a number of players, we have removed the rep-ninja on the GRN and GRP NPC factions with respect to the other NPC factions. My question was simply, is this correct or not, in spirit at least? Quote:I can't answer the latter, Cannon needs to do that. ...and yet you felt it necessary to do exactly that... Quote:As for Corsairs, Gallia still fully considers you hostile. This has not changed. Whether or not it does in the future, is something we deal with in the future. As it stands currently, you're hostile, and thus, there is no reason to remove the rephack at this time This suggests that infact corsair were an oversight and yes, I was asking specifically with regard to Corsairs. With the final quote in mind, I'll just wear it, with or without Cannons input as frankly, I grow tired of people giving their opinons and not actually knowing. Despite my argumentative friends rants and to put his 'mind' at ease, corsairs have nothing to take (artifacts and organs being illegal and without market) and very little to come home with except tobacco and wine (loss makers but good RP) and cryocubes. I am not unhappy either way, I was asking and have been only asking, simply to clarify the original post. As regards who is hostile and who is not and "a number of players" that requested this, two of the three NPC factions involved never asked for it. How odd. Still, I don't know the views of the GRP so I couldn't comment further on that. @ Dab and any one seriously interested. I apologise if I appear curt in this post but this has gone on now for so long with people just guessing (I include faction leaders, admins and now moderators) that I really no longer care. Feel free to pm me an answer if one is forthcoming but I won't be returning to this thread. I see where you are coming from, and I think admins removed rep-hacks only for trading factions, but yet GRN will shot Sirians that are found in Gallia and have no permit, That's their role-play. No matter what ship said Sirian is flying. EDIT: and no, admins have nothing against corsairs, if I recall right Cannon got indie corsair. Anyway, either they forgot about them, or came to the same conclusion as me and Dab - They have no reason to change the rep-hack atm. No matter what ship said Sirian is flying.Notice "GRN|"-Tagged shoot Sirians that have no permit for shure. They are known as the "Bureaucracy par excellence"* among the GRN fleet! (*they also** SELL these permits). Independent GRN like me are also** able to permit you an Visa to stay in Gallia, in my case for an symbolic fee of 10-100 SC per ship! Please make shure to document the Visa handed out to you in the name of the Gallic Royal Navy properly and notify any other GRN-ship questioning you about this!
