The word "pwnt" applies here.

Main reason i dont play these kinda games online, people wanna win. Not have fun. "Rush? Yus. Lulz" Are the three words i hear most of the times.

Allso, Ian. Advent ships -do- have shielding of their own. But their main weapon would be propoganda. (Godda love that proppoganda cannon. Forgot its name, its in the last stage of the tech)

Advent have the BEST shields in the game....Our heavy cruiser has equal shielding to TEC capital ships.


Level 10 Radiance Battleship = some 9000 HP



4450 hull
4500 shield or something like that.

Plus, -awesome- abilities.

Like detonate antimatter! Oops, you can't use yourabilities any more! Oops, your hull just lost 600 hp.

Or Cleansing Brilliance!

Oh, a column of ships? Woops, they all just took 250 damage.

Even that armor ability is useful. 3 extra armor and 15% energy absorbation means 16 armor at level 9 means that you can take a hell of alot more hits.

believe me the TEC capital ships can easily defend against them with our own Akka and Dunov class battlescruisers which can stop you from using them abilities before you even know whats happening with abilities such as EMP bomb, Ion Bolt and Magnetize heh heh heh

to be honust though each race have their best and bad points but if you did your research the TEC have been confirmed to being one of the most powerfull race soon as they reach their higher technologies from both civilian and military Tech tree's and i have tested that as i have 1 of each capital ship from the TEC's arsenal, all level 10 and they can easily hold their own and wipe out atleast 35 advent ships on their own which then the enemy was forced to retreat as my ships still had their most of their shielding and was taking them out quicker than they could turn around *evil grin*

also that Battleship of yours is no match for our Kol Battleship one-on-one as our Gauss cannon can take out over 800hp with one quick shot, it's shielding can reduce half of whatever you fire at it and can also inspire it's own crew making it do double damage, move twice as quick, repairing is doubled, and it's shielding can take even more than what it already can (which is alot) nevermind it's flak cannons which can take out any strike craft in it's area

would still be a pretty good fight though :lol:

The Kol is the toughest Capital Ship among all three factions. Massive armour allotments makes this ship impervious to all but the heaviest weaponry, even more so when relevant armour research has been performed

which stop your ships COMPLETLY as in you cannot do anything then them :P

sure you can use that detonate antimatter ability but only against one ship at a time, not two ;) in which time i would of hit you with either Ion Bolt of the EMP bomb and stop you in ya tracks of doing it even more :P

Oh, two ships? In that case, I bring in a Revelation Battlecruiser and take one of your ships out of the fight completely for the rest of the game with Reverie.:P


Actually, it could do it to both ships:

Duration: 40-45 seconds
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Reverie - stops -EVERYTHING-.:D

Disciple spam is beyond words in terms of fun. Coupled with a few capitals and around 15 purge vessels, you have a bloody unstoppable juggernaught. Hell even the purge vessels on their own could take out a planet before they were destroyed.

Online games are brilliant I think. I played mainly with people I knew from another mod/community over Hamachi (Due to the way we 'aquired' the game >.>) and out of the 6 battles, only 2 were finished. Those 2 only had around 5 people in them but they took days to finish (Both with breaks inbetween and in terms of actual gameplay hours). Nothing better than anihilating the enemy CPUs and then a cold war settling in between the players:P

If anyone is actively playing, I'd love to join in sometime. Just after the 19th, exams till then >.<

and the Revelation BC isnt really a threat to me tbh:)a very easy target heh besides it, as the other one, can only target one ship at a time and doesnt really last long at all:P

we would be here for days if we keep this up haha
