When they are in legates they think themselves as hand of god.
Yes i have seen RM in battle and their organising capablity is better than liberty. Despite being outnumbered most of the time the rm makes the last man standing possible only because of thier skills.

In RP, Liberty has very good army- large in numbers, nearly limited resources ( I quess), large zone of interests.
Agree, that RM better in strategy and organisation, and with less ships, they can beat more ships.
Not sure, that need to speak about army from viev of number of players. Few month there could be giant indy fleet, but in time of few weeks, it can decreas rapidly.

Pornwipers on Wright were always OP, Belgemir bomber have 5 guns and medium bomber core packed in LF size. Combine this with good pilots and you will have it.
I also find the Chimeras really good too.

Pre-Gallia, Liberty was the biggest war machine in the colonies. Now that the Frenchies are here, they have been pushed off the center stage; however, since they aren't on the frontlines they will likely end the war with Rheinland and build up their forces again.
