TBH, upon further consideration, it's not really like anything new is happening. The parties hired already do their darnedest to kill and pirate their targets, now they just get extra for a straight kill.

Also, I see only imaginary RP reasons. You won't be able to push out outsiders or competitioners as your faction is not active enough to substitute others.

In the long term it might decrease activity in your house and cause more bad impact on all factions. Thus please think about blanket bounties as a player, not as a character. After we should be here to have fun.

Also, by the bounty board rules if you hire AFA and [I] board must be open for those indies as well.

Except that now, with the bounty in place, those parties don't actually need to make a demand of their target, they can just kill them outright.

Kusari will not be a good place to be a non-Kusari trader.

There can only be imaginary RP reasons because we play an imaginary game.
The RP reasons are clear to see if you look anywhere where there is Samura you will find justification.

If this does negativly affect activity for others then I will indeed make corrections to fix the problem, I am thinking of this as a player and a character and I do just want others to have fun, part of that is acting how I believe Samura would act.

I am not doing this as a screw off to others as some have tried to paint it, but something to fall in line with what we should be doing already.

And I would not do this because it will push others out of Kusari.
It's been 800 years and foreigners are still trading in Kusari, it's not going to change this year.
This is Kusari, we are not known as the most active house.

And yeah of course indy hogs and farmers can hunt on it.
Wouldn't want to discriminate against the indies.

I have already taken your point about the removed need for demands and I will act upon that, thankyou.
Do you want Kusari to be a good place where Dragons and Hogosha join forces to meet you at the jumpgate with flowers?

Try Liberty as a Samura trader sometime.

There aren't legal unlawfuls. So comparison is irrelevant to this issue. And there aren't bounties on ~25 factions and some generic lawful IDs which can be hunted freely.

Whats the problem with people not having to make a demand? Thats a stupid rule anyway.

Well a rule is a rule, I don't see what the problem is either but there are other people around to consider.
Would it make you happier if Samura just forget about this aspect of their RP, what would be better?

Would be nice, works for Hawaii IRL.

What happens? I don't see any Liberty corporations having bounties on Samura. I fly in Liberty as a Kishiro trader all the time and never have any issues.

To ensure that pirates are pirates instead of terrorists?
