Employee Access: Offline
In accordance with its employee training and orientation procedures, EFL Oil & Machinery has provided this channel for employees to submit claims for payment and reimbursement. While also provided in every employee’s orientation booklet, EFL’s pay and reimbursement policies are duplicated below.
Logistics Division
Transport pilots are entitled to a commission of 5%, including the cost of goods sold, for each delivery made on EFL’s behalf.
For a brief example, if the cost of a certain good is $1,000,000 credits and profit on those goods are $9,000,000 credits, the operator may claim a 5% commission on $9,000,000 – in this case, $450,000.
EFL requires documented proof of a completed delivery before payment will be made.

Escort pilots are entitled to 10% of the profits from a delivery from each transport escorted. EFL expects those costs to be borne by each operator at the time of delivery. Each operator may then apply for reimbursement by EFL.

Ship Maintenance Reimbursement
Both logistics and escort pilots are entitled to reimbursement for equipment wear-and-tear. Internal procedures mandate that for every 12 hours of flight time (1-hour registered in-game), each pilot is entitled to $1,200,000 in maintenance reimbursement. Calls to submit reimbursement claims will be handled internally and distributed once every 30-days.
