Why does the Pirate ID have such a limited gun selection?

The only guns that the Pirate ID can use at 100% are: (Proof)

Purple Goddess Chain Gun (Class 8)
Adv. Flashpoint (Class 7)
Heavy Flashpoint (Class 7)
Imp. Debilitator Mk I (Class 7)
Imp. Debilitator Mk II (Class 7)

And the turrets:

Purple Goddess Turret (Class 1)
Flashpoint Turret (Class 1)
Adv. Debilitator Turret Mk I (Class 1)
Adv. Debilitator Turret Mk II (Class 1)
And the Light Mining Array.....

And obviously CODENAMEs but those are available for human ID at 100%


My question is why? Why must the Pirate ID be so limited? What's the problem with using House Civilian weaponry? Most pirates come from the houses so why limit to 90%?

It still doesn't make sense for the House Civilian techcell to be at 90%.

Most pirates come from houses, which is why there are house pirate IDs for those factions.
If we have threads like this popping up, it only means that the nerf to the Pirate ID to combat its abuse in pvp and as an alternative to a full zoi-less terrorist ID was not strong enough. If you were using this ID as it was intended, you would be asking for changes relating bombers or transports.

Traxit the civilian house weapons should be just for civilians.. and a pirate is not a house civilian..
