I am neutral with Outcasts - Flash Mp - 03-13-2009
Yet I get attacked when I approach Cali base by its turrets and outcast escorts.
Is this a bug? Or is to do with only being 2-3 units of rep from being hostile with outcasts :crazy:
And whats a good way to increase rep with outcasts.

My trader used to run by Cali all the time. Most of the time, they left him alone. Other times, those weapon platforms would do a number on his poor little X-Shuttle.
The only hypothesis I ever came up with was that if a GC NPC or other Outcast-ally that I was hostile to was anywhere nearby, the Outcasts would also turn red.
