Greetings Mr. Leon,

My name is Bill Wagner, owner and operator of Constellation Express. As per your message to us, let me first explain who we are and that may shed light onto our conversation with the Gaian.

Constellation Express is a supply company focused on the delivery of required commodities necessary for the building and manufacturing of products and equipment on space stations. Although we are loosely affiliated with Universal Shipping, as per our pilot's on board ID's, we are posturing to expand our relationships to one day be the premiere trading faction for any who require supplies. Despite this, we do not provide cargo that is deemed illegal in the space with which the route will take us.

I'm sure you're aware that with internal upgrades such as this, the outer hull needs reinforcing to accommodate the larger internal spaces.
