Constellation Express is a supply company focused on the delivery of required commodities necessary for the building and manufacturing of products and equipment on space stations. Although we are loosely affiliated with Universal Shipping, as per our pilot's on board ID's, we are posturing to expand our relationships to one day be the premiere trading faction for any who require supplies. Despite this, we do not provide cargo that is deemed illegal in the space with which the route will take us.
I have heard rumors of Starflier Base in local bars and trade rooms. If there is a supply requirement for your organization, I take the step forward to say that we will supply your needs.

I'm sure you're aware that with internal upgrades such as this, the outer hull needs reinforcing to accommodate the larger internal spaces. With your last deliveries, the crew and robots on board Starflier Base have finished an additional three multipurpose wings. These wings will need hardware installed for a couple teams of scientists. I got the list of materials here, and if you're ready for a tall order, this will finalize the entire construction of Starflier Base - top to bottom! Once this is completed, we will be able to operate and create technologies using our own hardware. This will be of huge help to us. . .
